My views were delivered but YouTube did not count them

YouTube applies its own rules to what it counts, and it does not count everything that is watched. A gap between what we delivered and what shows on your video is expected, and it is not a sign that anything went wrong.

We credit the member who did the work when we can verify the action, and we measure your campaign's delivery against what the rest of the platform actually achieves — never against a hypothetical 100%.

If the gap looks far larger than usual, tell us the campaign and we will look at it.

A campaign that delivered nothing at all is a different problem — either it never started or it was refunded.
