Campaigns

Your delivered count, and when it moves

Every campaign shows delivered of ordered — the count the old platform called sent. Delivered is the number of actions we have verified and paid a member for.

It cannot be wrong in the two ways a counter usually goes wrong. It is never negative and never larger than the amount you ordered: both are refused by the database on every single write, rather than being figures somebody keeps in step by hand.

It can come down, and that is us putting something right. We compare what a campaign was credited with against what the video's own public count actually did. Where a stretch of delivery plainly never landed, we take it back off the total so it is delivered a second time. You are not charged twice, and the member who did the watching keeps their credits.

A gap between delivered and what YouTube shows is a separate thing, expected, and explained here.

Campaigns brought over from the old platform carry the figures it recorded. Where its counter had run past the amount ordered, the campaign shows the amount ordered.
