Can credits be transferred?

No. Credits cannot be moved between accounts and cannot be cashed out. They are spent on the account that earned or bought them.

That includes when an account closes — a balance does not go anywhere, which is worth knowing before closing one that still has credits on it.

If you want to give somebody a start, refer them: you keep a share of what they earn, and it is added to your balance rather than taken from theirs.
