Closing your account
You can do this yourself. Open Settings → Preferences, ask to close the account, and we show you exactly what it will cost you before you confirm.
Nothing happens for thirty days. Campaigns keep running, credits keep earning, and calling it off is one click. The wait is there because this is the decision people most often want back.
After thirty days. Anything that identifies you is removed — your name, your address, your linked channels, your devices. Running campaigns stop, and the balance goes with them: credits were never transferable and never redeemable for money.
What stays is the record of transactions other members were part of, with nothing left on it that points at you. Their deliveries have to go on adding up.
