Video not found, or channel not found
Every target is checked before you pay for it, so not found is really four answers. What the picker says depends on which one it is.

| That doesn't look like a YouTube link | Not a YouTube address. A video link, a channel link, an @handle or a bare id all work. |
| This one isn't available | The video is there, but YouTube will not show it: private, deleted, or age-restricted. |
| No channel has that handle | YouTube answered, and nobody holds that handle. Almost always a typo. |
| We couldn't check this channel just now | We could not ask. Try again shortly, or paste the link carrying its UC… id — that one always resolves. |
You may start a campaign on an unavailable target. It probably cannot be delivered, and it is refunded rather than left sitting.
A running campaign can become unreachable too — a video made private, a channel deleted. The row reads Video unavailable and the undelivered part goes back to your balance.
Link a channel and your own videos are listed for you, so most targets never need pasting at all.
