Your client is not finding videos
A client that says it is waiting has asked and been given nothing. It goes on asking by itself and starts the moment there is work — nothing to press, nothing to reload.
Why a campaign that exists is not offered to you:
It is yours. Nothing on a channel you have linked is ever handed to you.
You have watched that video recently. The same connection waits before it counts again. The owner sets how long, and a week is the usual choice.
The owner set a delivery pace, so it goes out slowly on purpose.
Another of your own sessions has it. Two of your sessions never work one campaign at once.
If it finds nothing for a long stretch, the exchange is quiet rather than broken — view campaigns come and go through the day. Tasks by hand are drawn from a different pool and usually have something.
If the player window never opens at all, that is a different problem.
