The use of services provided by YTMonster® establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using the services you agree that you have read and fully understand the below mentioned; (hereinafter “Terms of Service”)
If you do not wish to accept/agree to the Terms of Service, do not register.
YTMonster®, in its sole discretion, may modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All recent modifications or revisions done by YTMonster® replaces all former agreements and takes effect upon the date of posting. Continued use of the services following recent amendments signifies your assent to the revised Terms of Service. You further agree to apprise yourself of recent changes to the Terms of Service through periodic reviews of YTMonster®'s website.
YTMonster® reserves the right to terminate any account without any notice or reason, at any given time and without a refund of purchases. YTMonster® also reserves the right to reset the credits balance, and remove affiliates of users who haven't been active in the latest 24 months.
YTMonster®’s sole purpose is to promote YouTube channels and videos.
All videos submitted into our rotation must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
You may only have one (1) registered account per IP address, to make our system work as optimal as possible.
You may not knowingly exploit bugs in our system.
You may only use the official client from YTMonster®.
You may not sell your YTMonster® account.
YTMonster® does not make any guarantees that every view, like, comment and subscription that is requested, will show up. You may not acquire referrals through any cash incentives.
You fully agree and understand by accepting these Terms of Service, that you are at least 18 years of age, or 13 years of age or older with parental permission.
You may only use YTMonster® in a manner where all agreements made with YouTube and YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service are complied with. The videos you are putting into our system, may not contain - pornography, sexually explicit content, abuse of animals, abuse of drugs and racism, scams, copyrighted content or anything not allowed in YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
YTMonster® shall in no way be held responsible or liable, if YouTube decides to suspend or delete your account and/or delete your videos.
You agree that you use YTMonster® at your own risk and that we're not responsible or liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) you and/or your business may suffer arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on YTMonster®'s Internet site, even if YTMonster® or a YTMonster® authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
YTMonster® does not guarantee that you will get more popular, get more fans, etc. from using our services. Our services are meant to promote your YouTube videos and nothing else. YTMonster® does not guarantee website uptime or availability as it uses the internet to deliver its services. YTMonster® can also not be held responsible in case of data loss.
Users may not use the services to promote ad revenue or cause any party a direct loss of revenue from traffic against the advertisers’ terms of service. YTMonster® is not responsible for the use of this site for promoting ad revenue or consequences because of it. Users assume the responsibility for this. Our services must never be used to boost ad revenue.
We are not responsible for your or anyone else’s Google AdSense account or any affiliated account getting banned.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless YTMonster® and its administration from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to YTMonster®; (ii) your violation of any term in these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that content created or endorsed by you caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of YTMonster®.
