Watch length, retention and watch time

A view campaign says how long each member watches. Watch length, retention, watch time — one setting under three names, and the only one that changes both what you pay and what you get.

Priced by time. Views are charged per hour watched, so doubling the watch length doubles the cost — and buys a view worth roughly twice as much.

70% of the video is what we suggest. Retention is what YouTube rewards, and a video watched to the final frame on every single view is the shape of a bought one.

Nothing longer than the video is offered. The menu is built from the video's own length, so a 25-second Short offers 18 seconds and 25 seconds and nothing beyond. An order for five minutes of watching on a 90-second upload is one nobody can fill.

No two views are identical. Each one is drawn around the length you chose rather than matching it exactly, because a thousand views of precisely the same duration is itself a pattern.

You can change the watch length after the campaign has started — the difference is charged or given back at today's price.
