I paid but did not receive anything
Purchases are handled by Gumroad, and what you bought is released when their confirmation reaches us. That is usually immediate.
If the payment left your account but nothing arrived, check the order under Billing:
Paid — the purchase went through and what you bought has been released.
Pending — we have not had confirmation yet.
If an order has been pending for more than an hour, start a conversation here and we will release it by hand. Have the order number ready — although if you ask from inside the app we already have it.
