The counts we need to be able to see

We confirm every delivered action against what YouTube shows publicly. Where a count is hidden there is nothing to check against, so the action cannot be credited and a campaign for it cannot start.

Your channel's subscriber count and a video's like count are both switches on YouTube's side. Make either visible and a campaign for it will start.

Your own subscriptions, if you are the one earning. YouTube keeps subscriptions private by default, and a private subscription is one we cannot see and cannot credit you for. Make them public in YouTube's privacy settings, then link the channel you are subscribing with.
