Cancelling a subscription

Open Billing, find the subscription, and cancel it there. We ask why in one tap — it is the only thing that tells us what to fix.

What happens next. The period you have already paid for runs to its end and nothing is taken away early. Renewal stops once the payment provider confirms the cancellation, and until it does, the subscription stays on your billing page rather than disappearing.

One subscription can pay for a membership and add-ons together. Cancelling it ends all of them at once, and the page says what a subscription covers before you confirm.

A subscription whose renewal has already failed can still be cancelled for thirty days afterwards.

Your monthly bonus credits grow with each unbroken month of membership, so a break resets that and it builds again from the month you come back.
