These guys are great and their service works great, too... I am currently a Premium member and I'm glad I paid for the extras. I've had a couple of problems (possibly self inflicted) but they were able to troubleshoot with me and we've gotten them resolved very quickly.

Seriously, this website is excellent. Earning credits is easy and you can have up to 3 free campaigns for your own channel. Traffic in mine is improving within just two days, even having in mind how difficult Youtube algorithm has become. it's legit and they're constantly verifying the views. It's like a community of people helping each other rather than a regular website, and the customer service is excellent even if you decide to stay on the free membership. I tried two more sites in the past and I honestly I wish I could have found out before this one. I cannot recommend enough.
