First of all, the support is AMAZING! When I was new to this website I was amazed by how it works but had a few questions (actualy I had more than a few), the support was always there! Not a day goes by that they do not respond to your questions. When it comes to the service, it's great! They have a 3-day trial although they also have a free one. Since it really is great there, I signed up as a Pro Member. All the features are great! Maybe a little more speed on the sending of likes and subscriptions would be nice. I mean I know theres a lot of members using it that's why it won't be lightning fast. But if they do make it a little faster, I would have nothing else to ask for. YTMonster is incredibly useful for getting a video started, YouTube doesn't seem to recommend videos with less than 500 views so getting the first few hundred really helps getting a video out there and will start getting natural views later on
