This was one of my best experiences as a youtube and I HIGHLY recommend this if you are new and starting off as this gives your channel a MASSIVE host over things like this JUST won't.

When purchasing "priority slots", it sometimes did not reflect well. However, when I conveyed the details carefully, they responded firmly. Also, taking into account the period not reflected, they also paid for part of the payment. Thank you for your sincere response.

I had issues with people who would try to cheat the system and waste points I’ve spent on campaigns, but the support explained in depth kindly how they would be found and punished, and I would receive my points as a refund. Sure enough a refund came with all points accounted for! Thanks YTMonster! In other ways the site is well put together and user friendly! And again, I just gotta thank the staff team!

Honestly I have bugged the crap out of them for things I didn't understand or know how to use and they took it in stride and helped me with a smile the whole time. My channel has almost reached its mark for subscribers and watch time in 1 month. That is just a few videos deep.
